Job Description:
Provides community-based care for children (6-18) with complex
needs, focusing on stabilization, placement coordination, and
discharge support.
Conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers
individual and family therapy.
Collaborates with clinical teams across various settings to ensure
holistic, integrated care.
Leads a team to address the child's and family's needs, including
crisis management and resource referrals.
Maintains clinical records, participates in team meetings, and
advocates for clients' goals.
Requires a Master--------s in Counseling, Psychology, or Social
Work, licensure eligibility, and experience with mental health
clients.
Strong communication, empathy, and knowledge of evidence-based
practices are essential.
Position involves travel, community engagement, and responding
