Job Description:

This nursing role requires independent practice in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex patient care with long-term planning and delegation skills.
Adheres to ANA standards, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs; administers medications and monitors treatment effectiveness.
Documents patient information accurately, educates patients and families, and assesses learning needs.
Utilizes critical thinking for individualized care and modifies plans based on evidence-based practices.
Coordinates patient throughput, discharge, and transfer processes to optimize flow.
Manages unit operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and resource management.
Follows clinical policies, maintains documentation accuracy, and ensures equipment safety.
Ensures patient safety, participates in quality improvement, and complies with healthcare regulations.
Requires RN license, BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), and NIHSS (within 90 days); preferred BSN and 1-year experience.
Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time.
