service for over 45 years. The Sales Team Manager drives Trail’s
End growth by expanding adoption among new and existing Scouting
Units through managing a team of Unit Support Specialists. This
fast-paced, goal-driven role is ideal for someone who is energetic,
persuasive, and is an effective team leader. Success in this role
looks like converting and onboarding a high volume of new units to
the Trail’s End program and strengthening relationships with
returning units by helping them achieve their goals in less time.
Your work directly fuels our mission to help Scouting programs
raise more money so youth can achieve their goals. Compensation
includes a competitive base salary plus performance bonus tied to
Scouting Unit growth. Location: Indianapolis, IN (In-Office 5 days)
Key Responsibilities - Mission Advocacy: Represent Trail’s End with
positivity and purpose, always keeping Scouts at the center of the
work. - Performance Coaching: Equip Unit Specialist with clear
insights, best practices, and data-driven recommendations to
improve fundraising results and adopt new Scouting Units. - Team
Management: Oversee unit outreach to volunteer leaders by email,
text, and phone to spark interest and drive new adoption of Trail’s
End. - Account Management Training: Coach team to support and grow
their portfolios of Units through regular communication, helpful
coaching, and simple, actionable best practices. - Drive Pipeline
Growth: Accountability to pipeline growth for new Unit prospects,
including oversight of onboarding and activation. - Sales
Enablement: Leverage pre-approved materials and create custom
content when needed to guide and support outreach of your teams'
activity. - CRM Management: Accountability of team’s accurate
activity, engagement, and performance tracking in HubSpot.
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in sales and team management.
- Strong communicator across phone, email, and written outreach. -
Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot. - Able to juggle a
high-volume of team activity while staying organized and on top of
details. - Self-driven, adaptable, and energized by a fast-moving
environment. - Energetic, mission-driven mindset with a passion for
youth development and leadership. Preferred Qualifications -
Experience working with volunteer-led organizations, especially in
youth or nonprofit sectors. - Understanding of Scouting or similar
youth programs. - Comfortable leading and managing a team to their
success metrics. - Reviewing performance data and turning insights
into simple next steps. The role responsibilities are various and
