As an Outside Renewals Rep in our Security division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers continue to receive top-tier security solutions that protect their assets and streamline their operations. This role involves direct client interaction to manage and renew existing contracts, identifying opportunities for upgrades and additional services that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will be the frontline of maintaining customer satisfaction and driving our mission of making buildings smarter, more connected, and secure. Manage and renew existing client contracts for security solutions. Identify and develop upgrade opportunities and additional services tailored to client needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards. Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions. Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met promptly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to negotiate contracts and influence customer decisions Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools Ability to understand and explain complex security systems Adept at managing multiple accounts effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) Security Certification is advantageous
