long-running leaders in the foodservice industry, Central
Restaurant Products based out of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Hubert
Company based out of Harrison, Ohio. Our German roots also run
deep. We're owned by TAKKT AG based in Stuttgart, Germany, a Global
group with business units in the US and Europe.

nationally and internationally, TAKKT Foodservices' business spans
over food merchandising and wholesale distribution of commercial
foodservice equipment and supplies.

basically the behind-the-scenes product people for supermarkets,
hotels, universities, and restaurants.
We have an opportunity available for a Sales Manager - National
Accounts. The Sales Manager - National Accounts will be responsible
for the leadership, strategic direction and continuous improvement
of the Food Retail Market territory ensuring the achievement of
financially sustainable customer growth, contract retention and
achievement of revenue goals while providing the highest levels of
This individual is responsible for leading account executives and
account managers to achieve +70% wallet share across national
corporate agreements with an overall strategy to get "high, wide
and deep" in organizational relationships. Ensuring the constant
alignment of key account activities and growth plans with
organizational strategy and initiatives, this role will ensure the
managed sales team is leveraging the collective resources and
expertise across the organization to create long term, sustainable
and profitable customer relationships.
This is a critical sales leadership position, reporting to the AVP
of Managed Sales, that requires a proven track record of building

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership and other
key stakeholders to develop long-term distribution strategies that
align with overall business objectives.
Business Development and Sales Growth: Develop and execute
strategies to drive sales growth within the and across sales
channels and accounts. Identify new business opportunities, partner
with new business development team and drive expansion in new
Performance management: Analyze sales data, market trends and key
performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of the business
and direct reports.
Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with business partners to
secure favorable terms and conditions that are a win-win for the
organization and the customer.
Marketing and Promotions: Partner with marketing to align on key
marketing campaigns and initiatives that will support customers and
Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for business,
ensuring resources are allocated effectively to drive profitable,
