This is a hybrid role that will require both onsite and remote work. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment within the Manufacturing industry, where they will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process. The role requires a deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process, Accounts Payable, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Bidding Processes, Vendor Management, Audit, and ARIBA Procurement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end procurement strategies. Manage the entire life cycle of the PTP process. Handle the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors. Source and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure the best price and quality. Oversee the supply chain process to ensure effective and efficient operations. Develop and manage the bidding process to secure competitive prices and services. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Use ARIBA Procurement system for sourcing, contracts, and supplier management. Collaborate with different departments to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions. Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Analyze market trends and apply insights to procurement strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. A Master's degree will be a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Procurement Analyst or in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry. Proven experience in PTP, Accounts Payable, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Bidding Processes, Vendor Management, and Audit. Proficiency in ARIBA Procurement system. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage contracts effectively. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. High level of professionalism and ethical conduct. Interested in hearing more?
