Job Description:

Full-time Nurse Resident position offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus at Cortland Medical Center, working 36 hours/week.
Provides high-quality, holistic nursing care to patients, focusing on physiological, psychological, social, cultural, developmental, and spiritual needs.
First-year RN in a structured residency program; transitions to Staff RN after one year.
Must be a graduate of a nursing program and pass the state licensing exam; enrollment in a BSN program required if applicable.
Engages in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, advocating for patients and fostering learning.
Promotes safety, quality, professional development, and leadership within the care team.
Requires proficiency in IT, critical judgment, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
