When you work at NTS, you're working with some of the brightest technical minds in the world-and you get to tell your friends that your work is critical to national security, space exploration, and the next generation of technology-driven products.Job Summary:The AR Account Analyst is responsible for minimizing the company's DSO (days sales outstanding) by creating a resolution for the flow of revenue daily.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Monitor the companies accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments.Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.Track collections activity and report status of assigned accountsProvide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.Work with and effectively communicate with GMs, PMs, Sales and Operations when required to accelerate the collection process and resolve disputes.Follow up on promises to pay and payment commitment accounts as necessaryRequirements:Strong problem solving and investigative skillsKnowledge of Collection proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent computer skills required; knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is requiredStrong organizational skillsExcellent people skillsStrong team playerWilling to adapt as necessaryPositive "Can Do" AttitudeStrong attention to detailMinimum Education and Experience:3-5 years of collection experienceDetailed OrientedGood working knowledge of Word, Outlook and ExcelLicenses and Certifications (if any): None Required.
