industrial fans for critical industries such as defense, mining,
and infrastructure, we are now searching for a Material
Handler-Water Spider for our Industrial & Wheel Welding Value
Streams . Under minimal supervision, the Material Handler-Water
Spider is accountable for providing complete kits of parts to the
industrial value stream based on the industrial schedule. The ideal
candidate will need to work with the Scheduler, Industrial
Leadership Team, Materials Team, Shipping/Receiving Team and any
other Employees to ensure smooth flow of product throughout the
assembly value stream. What needs to be done?Deliver complete
kitted parts to industrial operatorsWork with warehouse,
schedulers, team leads, supervisors, and purchasing to ensure kits
are completeUnderstand the schedule from our ERP System/Work Orders
and kit jobs accordinglyOrganize and put away parts in a manner so
they are easy to find and cycle countAbility to hold to 5S
principles and organize WIP (Work in Process)What do I need to
bring?Must be a US CitizenHigh School Diploma/GEDMust be detail and
process driven!Exemplary attendance and punctuality and willingness
to work all hours that the plant requires to ensure on time
deliveryAbility to read a BOM (Bill of Materials) and engineering
drawingsAbility to drive fork truck and operator PIVAbility to use
emailIntermediate Microsoft Office Suite knowledge in excel, word
and prior ERP experience requiredSelf-StarterExcellent
communication skills and overall attitudeTeam builderMinimum of at
least 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing environment with
experience in material handling requiredFan assembly experience
preferred but not requiredKanban and or material handling
