Job Description:
Responsibilities:The Fleet and Safety Manager will work with
regional management across all WaterCo locations to manage Safety,
including fleet operations and DOT compliance. This position will
develop and implement programs that deliver high performance
Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) solutions for our
employees and will have an important impact to the company by
helping to ensure compliance with regulatory expectation and
company policies.Specific Job Function:Manage the company vehicle
program including working closely with the fleet management company
on vehicle replacement purchases / leasing and maintenance
scheduleMaintain all vehicle licensure and registration as well as
driver licensing and trainingEstablish efficient routes and support
the coordination of drivers and schedulesIdentify and Implement
cost and efficiency improvements in regards to company fleet,
safety and worker compensationUpdate and implement written health
and safety company policies, programs, and proceduresEnsure the
company is in compliance with federal, state and other regulatory
safety related requirementsCreate and follow an annual safety
timeline for each entity that includes in-person/virtual training
sessions, safety evaluations, and OSHA requirementsManage OSHA
record keeping and reporting requirements, including monitoring and
communication of internal safety key performance indicatorsAdvise
leadership on safety strategies and consistently model behaviors
that advance Culligan's safety culture, driving continuous
improvement of health and safety program effectivenessLead safety
audits across Culligan North American entities, including follow
ups and support on addressing any recommendations to reduce safety
hazards and health risksEnsure workplace and vehicle incidents are
recorded, analyzed and proper corrective actions are
implementedRequirements:Bachelors Degree in Environmental Health
and Safety or similar disciplineOSHA 30 Hour certification
requiredAt least 5 years of experience working with EH&S
compliance systemsAt least 5 years of experience working with
company vehicle program administrationWorking knowledge and
experience implementing OSHA and regulatory requirements in the
USExcellent verbal and written communication skills50% travel
required mostly within the USCulligan has over 85 years of

systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
