*ID Images *has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced manufacturing shift Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our Fairfield facility. Responsibilities include being hands on as well as leading a team, coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.The ideal candidate will be able to train, guide, support all team members while ensuring production goals are met. Must be well-versed in processes under the role's responsibility and will be results-driven and focused. Ensure that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.The ideal candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products, troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinate a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.*Currently Hiring for Production Supervisor**Hours are Sun-Wed 8:45PM 7:15am**Responsibilities** Ensure all equipment and machinery is functional and in good working order.* Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards.* Lead team members and track metrics* Accomplish staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.* Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Work to continuously improve processes in all areas.*Qualifications** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.* Proficient in MS Office.* Proven experience as a team lead or supervisor in a related field.* Demonstrated ability to lead a team.* Excellent oral and written communication skills.*Print and/or Label Industry experience is a plus.
