2nd Shift Production Line Worker- Overtime Available!

A well-established food production company in Fairfield that offers the opportunity for overtime and monthly attendance bonuses. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!


Position Details:

Multiple candidates are needed for a production line working position. This is a 2nd shift position with a start time between 2:30pm-1:00am working 8-12hr shifts. The starting pay is $13.00/hr.



In addition, you will also receive Staffanation bonuses of $50 bonus after completing 40 hours, $100 bonus after completing 1 month, and $150 referral bonus when you refer a friend!

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality.
POSITION ACTIVITIES AND TASKS
--- Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
--- Follow all GMP's
--- Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
--- Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping
--- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
--- Maintain a clean and safe work area
--- Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
--- Follow all written and verbal instructions
--- Attend all safety and production trainings
--- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
--- Able to work overtime as needed, including weekends
--- Perform quality checks, discard any items that do not meet quality standards


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

--- Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
--- Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
--- Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
--- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
--- Able to work 8-hour shifts standing
