A major manufacturing company located in Butler County that manufactures and distributes parts for the automotive industry is seeking experienced Maintenance Associates. THIS POSITION IS A DIRECT HIRE. Seeking applicants for 3rd shift. All positions require being able to work 10 - 12 hours per day depending upon production needs. These positions pay between $19.00 and $28.00 an hour depending upon experience. The Benefits package includes: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance 401 K Short-Term Disability Paid Holidays and Vacations Sick Pay Candidates MUST have a MINIMUM of 3 years technical/industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment along with industrial maintenance troubleshooting and repair experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience in reading and troubleshooting from electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and mechanical prints is also required. Candidates must be experienced with PLC's, lathes, mills, grinders, and Robots and experienced with hand tools, measurement tools, gearboxes, and bearings. The ability to lift 50 ponds is a MUST as is the ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical functions. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Prioritize daily work requests Complete line checks on a daily basis Respond to emergency requests for repairs/replacements Complete daily reports before the end of a shift, participate in 5S activities 10 minutes at the end of each shift Repair and maintain tools (lathe, grinder, air tools) Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance of PLC's by troubleshooting and modifying program Perform maintenance of conveyor lube, daily compressor, cooling water, and scrap hopper panel Perform machine adjustments, move machinery as needed Keep the maintenance and inventory areas clean and organized Positions require a High School Diploma or GED and passing a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
