world. As the Associate/ Sr. Associate/ Manager Digital Content ,
you’ll be at the heart of creating content for internal and
external Global Communications initiatives! Your quality, engaging
copy will support day-to-day requests to amplify key messaging from
partners across the company, as well as long-term strategic goals
and channel plans. Your role is crucial in creating a consistent
and compelling narrative that fosters engagement and awareness
among our audiences across various internal and external platforms.
In collaboration with Communications directors and subject matter
experts, you’ll craft cohesive and impactful storytelling that
truly resonates, aligning with our communication strategies and
business goals. You’ll take the lead in finding engaging narratives
to support our digital content strategy and telling them in clear,
engaging, and illuminating ways. You’ll also ensure that each piece
of content you create is tailored for the diverse channels and
audiences we’re responsible for, while ensuring content reflects
our brand’s voice. Strong project management skills will be
essential as you oversee multiple initiatives, working
collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet tight
deadlines. Your relationship-building skills will enhance
networking and collaboration with partners, while your adaptability
will keep you ahead of industry trends, allowing you to refine and
enhance our content visibility. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in
communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or a
related field Master’s degree is a plus 3 years of experience in
employee communications, internal communications or corporate
communications Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in
the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide

editing skills: Ability to craft clear and engaging content for
audiences across various channels Understanding of internal
communication strategies: Knowledge of best practices for
communicating within organizations, including channels and formats
Employee engagement expertise: Familiarity with strategies to boost
engagement, awareness and interaction through effective
communication Digital communication tools proficiency: Familiarity
with platforms and tools used for internal communications, such as
intranets, tv, email, social media and other collaboration tools
Change management knowledge: Experience in communicating during
organization changes or transformations Cultural awareness:
Understanding of organizational culture and how to tailor messaging
to a diverse internal audience pool Brand strategy insight:
Knowledge of brand positioning, voice, and messaging to ensure
consistency across communications Editorial calendar management:
Create, maintain and optimize an editorial calendar to align with
organization strategic initiatives Research and analysis: Ability
to analyze market trends, audience preferences and measure content
performance and adjust strategies appropriately and promptly
Creative thinking: Collaborate to generate innovative ideas that
resonate with target audiences Relationship-building: Experience in
networking and collaborating with stakeholders and influencers
Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated on industry content
trends and evolving strategies and adjust outcomes accordingly
Vendor management: Oversee and direct contracted content resources
and agency partners Leadership: Provide strategic counsel and
insights to team members while ensuring all work meets quality and
timing expectations; manage a budget Additional Preferences
Knowledge of various internal digital communication and PR tactics
Understanding of on-trend video and photo content creation,
interviewing, scripting, etc. Experience with content management
systems and publishing platforms Proficiency in Adobe design,
content and PM software, including Workfront Experience working in
a complex corporate environment Experience working in a highly
regulated industry Event planning experience Content marketing
knowledge, including SEO and audience targeting, to develop
strategic plans that resonate with core audiences Understanding of
social media platforms and strategies for audience engagement and
growth Other information A writing portfolio will be required This
position will report to the Senior Director of Content and
Editorial, Global Communications. Some international and domestic
travel expected as conditions and business need emerge. Located in

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $88,500 -
$129,800 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate
in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits;
eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug
