This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who can effectively manage resources, guide client messaging, and collaborate with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will be a leader who inspires creativity and supports team growth while delivering exceptional results.Key Responsibilities- Lead the scripting and storyboarding process to develop compelling content.- Create and manage production budgets, ensuring transparency and accountability.- Allocate resources, establish project deadlines, and manage post-production edit sessions.- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the creation of multimedia content that aligns with client goals.- Plan and coordinate video shoots, including scouting and reserving live or virtual locations.- Develop detailed production schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.- Manage client relationships by setting clear expectations, maintaining open communication, and delivering exceptional customer service.- Schedule and direct production resources, negotiating pricing and managing vendor relationships as needed.- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.- Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills to convey ideas effectively.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum of four years).- At least five years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant production software.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- High degree of adaptability and the ability to thrive in a continually changing environment.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- Availability to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends.- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and ADA-compliant workplace, ensuring accessibility for all team members and clients.Physical Requirements- The ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.- Occasional lifting and carrying of equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.- Ability to sit, stand, and move around on location for extended periods.- Visual and auditory ability to assess video and audio quality.
