As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more . As an unarmed patrol officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and providing exceptional customer service and communication to all personnel and visitors. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity in every interaction. Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter.Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location.Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and potential security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence.Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as required.Minimum Requirements:
CPR certification is preferred.Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.Experience with alarm panels is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Perks and Benefits:
