Our experienced therapists work closely with patients and their caregivers to build customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual's needs.*Join our in-house therapy team!*Our facility in Lebanon is 79 beds conveniently located off I-71 or I-75 and is easily accessible from both the Dayton and Cincinnati areas. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. The therapy gym is spacious and equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions.\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Educate patients and their families on home exercises and adaptive techniques.- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.\*\*Qualifications:\*\*- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient service best practices.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.#HRP2Pay: From $50.00 per hourBenefits:* Flexible scheduleSchedule:* Choose your own hoursLicense/Certification:* Occupational Therapy License (Required)Ability to Commute:* Fairfield, OH 45014 (Required)Work Location: In person
