Job Description:
Champaign Residential Services, Inc. (CRSI) is seeking a
Training and Compliance Administrator to oversee all training
programs and ensure employee compliance is met. This individual
will be responsible for ensuring all required training is in
accordance to regulations in all environments, as well as agency
policy and any other regulatory requirements. They will conduct
training as well as analyze, research, and provide information
about available training opportunities.

is a not-for-profit provider of services to people with
developmental disabilities. Our mission is to empower and support
individuals with intellectual, physical and developmental
disabilities to live the life they choose - enhancing the health
and quality of life for the individual, their family, their
community, while creating a meaningful experience for our
staff.
Preferred Experience
Having experience working in the field of Intellectual and
Developmental Disabilities would be very helpful in understanding
the requirements and rules to develop appropriate training, conduct
in home audits and oversee compliance standards. Having the ability
to navigate and understand OSHA regulations would also be
incredibly important in this role. Demonstrated experience in
keeping up with ever changing federal, state and local laws to
ensure company compliance and successfully update training needs is
critical.
This person will also need to be technical as they will need to
work with all Microsoft Office products as well as other
technologies to create and hold trainings in person and virtually
as well as manage the Learning Management System.
Someone who is a CPR/FA Instructor and works closely with the
American Red Cross is preferred. This role will need to be an
instructor, train the trainers, purchase supplies for all regions,
etc.
This person will need to be able to keep information confidential,
be very detailed oriented, be flexible, not be afraid to ask tough
questions and inquire but also be able to explain the why and be
compassionate, and work individually and as a team.
Traveling to sites across the state will also be important as this
role may need to travel to train or conduct audits regularly and
unexpectedly.
