We offer career opportunities where you can contribute and grow.Start your journey with usThe Medical Resource Unit is currently seeking a Managed Care Coordinator to coordinate and support managed care services for workers' compensation and casualty claims.Starting salary:$17 - $22 Hourly depending on experienceBe ready to: Communicate with vendor partners and coordinates referrals for managed care services. Document file assignments and directions with high attention to detail. Completes review of invoices for managed care programs, coordinating revisions as necessary. Collaborates with managed care vendor partners and internal stakeholders to ensure process consistency. Work in team environment as part of Medical Resource Unit. Works on projects as requested. Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and CMS. Has strong decision-making skills. Strives for data accuracy and consistency. Be equipped with: Portray a positive attitude in job performance through verbal and written communication. Show initiative in assisting and educating other associates. Focuses on customer service. Demonstrates strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work. Familiarity with workers' compensation claims and managed care programs preferred. Experience with case management services preferred. Willing to participate in additional claims education.
