• If offered a job, you will take a drug test and a medical evaluation. Your typical work hours for 1st shift will start between 5:30 am and 6:30 am, and 2nd shift between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm. WHAT WE'LL OFFER YOU... NEW Plant Opening in January 2023! DOLLARS AND CENTS:
  • Starting pay rate for 1st shift is $19.50 per hour (with attendance bonus) increasing with education and experience.
  • Starting pay rate for 2nd shift is $20.50 per hour (with attendance bonus) increasing with education and experience.
  • Opportunities for overtime pay.

        • You will primarily be responsible for operating equipment in a specific area of the plant.
        • You will set up and operate your assigned equipment, and ensure your line starts on schedule.
        • Examine product and identify any defects.
        • Complete daily HACCP documentation and reports as required.
        • Keep your assigned area clean and free of debris.
        • All other relevant duties to the job. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...
          • You will work cooperatively with your team, and ensure everyone is working safely.
          • Assist in developing and coaching other team members.
          • Safety is of the utmost importance, you will follow all Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, while ensuring all team members around you are also following the safety guidelines. THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT...
            • You will be working in a further processing plant.
            • You'll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights. THE DETAILS...
