Location: Cincinnati, OH or Remote ( must live within a 150 mile radius and be willing to drive to Cincinnati on occasion)

Position Summary:

PatientPoint is looking for a Senior Market Research analyst with experience using data and critical thinking to collaborate with Pharma, OTC and CPG clients and to work with PatientPoint Sales team to evaluate the success of a client's program, as well as inform decision-making internally around product and creative strategies and execution.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Consult with clients (internal and external) to understand business objectives and translate to research objectives and appropriate qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Develop questionnaires and moderator/discussion guides that will provide insights to build compelling narratives for the Sales team and actionable direction for internal departments
  • Craft research reports and presentations translating various types of data into meaningful insights to be used by broad audience
  • Provide Sales team with insight and data about Pharma, OTC, CPG products and companies
  • Analyze data using Microsoft Excel and SPSS
  • Conduct secondary research and apply findings
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and oversee execution of research of client campaigns and product development

  • Data-driven: Must really love to data-mine and dig into numbers.


Education, Training, Experience

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Social Sciences, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Healthcare or related discipline
  • A strong interest in applying logic and strategy to data
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and working knowledge of statistics
  • Experience working with different data sources/types (e.g., primary survey data, qualitative data, secondary research data)
  • Experience using SPSS/Stata/SAS and Qualtrics
  • Demonstrated skills in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (advanced), and Word (proficient)
  • 3+ years of experience with custom primary research design and execution


Preferred:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing research, social sciences research, applied statistics
  • Healthcare/OTC/CPG experience preferred
  • Reputation for creativity and experience with data visualization
  • Experience using SQL
  • Inquisitive mind with a strong desire to learn and grow

Travel (for non-Cincinnati residents):
  • 10-20% travel; must be willing to travel to Cincinnati office for meetings
