Our Learning & Development department is currently seeking an Operations Manager to lead program supervisors and learning coordinators as they deliver service excellence through our learning solutions. If you have experience managing people, leading people through change and optimizing operational efficiencies, this role may be a great fit for you!

Be ready to\:

  • Coach and develop team members to grow professionally and personally
  • Manage high profile learning programs and coordinate all aspects of the program
  • Focus on creating efficiency, driving lean methods and automation while improving processes
  • Oversee scheduling, logistics and answer questions from associates and agents for all learning programs
  • Manage relevant internal and agent client relations
  • Ensure that activities are managed effectively and efficiently for\:
  • Continuing education registration and credits in applicable states
  • Institutes and other professional insurance designation management for associates
  • Awards, testing, billing
  • LMS administration (In partnership with Learning Technology pod)
  • Program management for agencies and associates
  • Classroom management including technology and room set up
  • Meta management of CE credits for traveling schools
  • Questions about programs from associates and agents
  • Department card and expense management

Be equipped with\:

  • Coaching & Development Skills\: Systematically build job-specific and soft skills in team members based on customized development plans
  • Detail Orientation and Organizational Skills
  • Project & Time Management Skills\: Can manage multiple projects at the same time while ensuring that all specific needs are taken care of.
  • Adaptability\: Ability to respond to quickly and appropriately to changing circumstances, ambiguity, and complexity
  • Process Optimization\: Creating, enhancing or refreshing processes to be lean and efficient
  • Relationship building\: with L&D team and other business partners
  • Communication\: Proactive, clear communication, two-way dialogue
