Be ready to\:

•bring thought leadership, strategic thinking and innovation to the Learning & Development team 

•lead a team of consultants and trainers to conceptualize, develop and deliver high quality learning solutions

•effectively develop the team by identifying and closing skill gaps

•coach and mentor the team to continuously improve their professional abilities

•partner with other department leaders to ensure best outcomes for projects and initiatives and capacity for cross-functional initiatives

•lead the team to incorporate cutting edge learning approaches and delivery methods, including classroom, gamification, virtual and e-learning

•ensure that programs delivered are focused on creating behavioral change

•use scientific and data driven approaches to assess behavioral change

•deliver workshops, training and learning solutions for senior leadership members


Be equipped with\:

Coaching and development\: systematically build job-specific and soft skills in team members based on customized development plans

Learning expertise\: Demonstrates expertise in the learning and development field including strong consulting behaviors

Strategic thinking\: Connects learning solution design to organizational objectives, identify synergies in common needs

Adaptability\: Challenge the status quo, respond thoughtfully to changing circumstances, and resilient in face of ambiguity and complexity

Change management experience\: Can lead team and peers through change successfully

Learning agility\: Ability to be constantly curious, grasp new concepts quickly and incorporate them into learning. Has high level of self-awareness, can reflect and learn from own self-reflection 

Executive Presence\: Is confident in front of senior-level audiences and can present concepts and facilitate sessions in a credible manner

Innovation\: Scans the learning landscape to bring in fresh ideas, innovative thinking into our solutions and offerings

Relationship building\: within the Learning & Development team and other business partners

Communication and delivery\: Proactive, clear communication, two-way dialogue , strong facilitation, engagement and training delivery skills

You’ve earned\:

  • a bachelor's degree in industrial organizational psychology, organizational development or related field
  • advanced learning degree preferred in industrial organizational I/O psychology or related field
