1st Shift Packer - Bonuses and Benefits! A well-established company that manufactures and distributes products in Fairfield that offers benefits once hired, and little packing experience is needed! Position Details: Multiple candidates are needed for packing product. This is a 1st shift position with the hours of 7:00am-3:30pm, with ability to work up to 10hr shifts. The starting pay is $12.00/hr. What they offer: Once hired on, the Benefits package includes: Medical and Dental Insurance 401 K Paid Holidays and Vacations In addition, you will also receive Staffanation bonuses of $50 bonus after completing 40 hours, $100 bonus after completing 1 month, and $150 referral bonus when you refer a friend! • Packing product based on order/instruction forms
• Checking items for accuracy
• Labeling boxes for shipment
• HSD/GED is NOT required
• Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally
