Position Summary Title: Patient Care Coordinator Work Location: 3050 Mack Road Suite 300 Fairfield, OH 45014 Full Time: 40 hours per week OHC seeks a self-directed, professional Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the patient's medical liaison among the practice, hospital, support services, and payors in a high acuity Outpatient Oncology Infusion Specialty office. Responsibilities include completing patient forms, answering questions for patients, obtaining prior authorizations, scheduling tests, and collaborating with physicians and other team members and providing the best possible patient experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organized, friendly, flexible and able to multi-task. Position requirements include:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• At least two (2) years of directly related experience such as medical coding or billing, patient advocate, or social services is required
• Must demonstrate the ability to verbally articulate information and questions with others to perform responsibilities effectively
• Proficiency with computer systems, medical billing systems, and Microsoft Office Outlook & Word are required.
