We are seeking a skilled CDL A Truck Driver who is passionate about driving and delivering top-notch logistic solutions. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring timely transportation and delivery of goods while adhering to all safety regulations and standards. Operate a tractor-trailer or flatbed truck in accordance with company and federal regulations. Transport goods and materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Plan routes using GPS systems and maintain logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations. Manage routes and routines to avoid heavy traffic areas and severe weather conditions whenever possible. Ensure cargo is properly secured prior to transport and that all documentation is accurate and complete. Handle basic repair and maintenance of the truck when necessary. Adhere to Hogan1's policies and protocols to maintain safety and efficiency in operations. Proven work experience as a truck driver. Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly. Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.). Strong organizational and time management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). No recent moving or driving violations. Must have a clean driving record. Endorsements for Hazardous Materials are a plus.
