Liaison to support our Canadian and Alaskan cross-border
operations. This role is critical to ensuring our drivers move
safely and efficiently across borders while maintaining strict
compliance with federal regulations and security programs including
Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) and Partners in
Protection (PIP). As the compliance and coordination hub for
international freight, youll work closely with contractors, agents,
customs officials, and internal teams to protect Mercers validation
status and deliver seamless service to our customers. This role is
ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment,
enjoys problem-solving, and values the importance of precision in
high-stakes operations. This position is onsite Monday - Friday

Invest in your future What Youll Do Own compliance for Canadian and
Alaskan border-crossing loads, ensuring adherence to CTPAT (Customs
Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), PIP (Partners in Protection),
and all federal/state regulations Guide contractors through border
documentation and procedures to enable smooth, on-time crossings
Coordinate customs bonds and track shipments using CBP systems and
internal tools Audit international loads and security practices to
protect Mercers validation status Resolve border delays and
compliance issues through proactive problem-solving Communicate
with agents, contractors, customs brokers, and government agencies
Support agents with border-related questions, fees, and load
requirements Maintain security documentation, audit records, and
training materials Contribute to risk management and continuous
improvement for international freight Who You Are Highly

working with regulations, audits, and compliance documentation A
strong communicator confident working with drivers, agents, and
government agencies Organized and able to manage multiple
priorities without sacrificing accuracy A critical thinker who

cross-functionally Calm under pressure when navigating
time-sensitive and high-impact issues Skills & Experience Associate
degree or equivalent experience required Proficient in Microsoft
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong verbal, written, and
interpersonal communication skills Advanced organizational skills
and attention to detail Ability to use logic and critical thinking
to resolve complex issues Proficiency with standard office
