Job Description:

High school diploma or GED required. 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or quality assurance preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus. Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and inventory databases. Ability to use handheld scanners, barcode readers, and other inventory tools. Understanding of stock rotation, labeling, and quality control standards. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Manual dexterity to inspect items and operate scanning equipment. Willingness to work in a warehouse or production environment with variable temperatures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, labeling, and inspecting inventory. Good written and verbal communication for reporting discrepancies or issues. Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Reliable, punctual, and organized. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts as needed. Inspect incoming and outgoing products for accuracy, quality, and damage. Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory records. Identify and report inventory discrepancies or quality issues. Ensure items are properly labeled, stored, and tracked.
