solution delivery by guiding and inspiring strong coding practices
and solid software design decisions among their team. Responsible
for growing and mentoring engineers as it relates to technical
skills and career development. Assists with cross-team strategic
efforts, influencing decisions to achieve efficient delivery of
business value. Understands cross-team technical roadmaps,
advocating new product abilities based on technical strategy and
constraints. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or
equivalent work experience - Five to six years of relevant
technical experience - Three to four years of leading a software
engineering team Preferred Skills/Experience Advanced engineering
leadership with the ability to champion strong coding standards,
sound architecture, data driven design and high?quality design
decisions across multiple teams. End?to?end ownership of data
integration platforms , including leadership responsibility for
products such as Consolidated Payables, Consolidated Receivables ,
OpenText and other customer focused data integration capabilities.
Hands?on technical credibility in modern software development,
enabling effective coaching, technical decision?making, championing
AI first mentality and partnership with senior engineers and
architects. Agile and product leadership expertise , acting as an
agile/product champion for multiple sprint teams and driving
delivery, alignment, and continuous improvement at scale.
Cross?functional collaboration and influence , with a proven
ability to build strong relationships with technical and
non?technical stakeholders, remove organizational obstacles, and
guide cross?team strategic initiatives. Experience leading
innovation, platform modernization, and operational excellence in
complex, mission?critical, enterprise systems. People leadership
and culture?building skills , fostering empowerment, autonomy,
engineering excellence, and career growth while driving measurable
business value. Customer obsessed, understanding the needs of the
customer and delivering customer first solutions. Location
expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location

salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which

$111,605.00 - $131,300.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified
