We offer a W2 salary with benefits and PTO from the start. We are looking for 2 Full Stack Java Developers - 6 month Contract-to-Hire. Unable to provide sponsorship at this time - all U.S. Citizen and holders are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

• provide analysis and development of specifications and review prepared programming specifications
• develop detailed system designs and review approved system designs with project team
• develop and coordinate technical implementation plan
• desk-check and unit test program code, assist with system testing
• develop program logic and review programs that require modification
• prepare and update all necessary documentation
• perform implementation activities
• provide production support, including on-call rotation and technical assistance to end-user & IT
• review schedules, objectives and priorities with service manager
• initiate suggestions for improvement to systems and procedures
• assist with routine work of the department as requiredQualifications
  • proven experience in programming Java and Angular
  • 5+ years of software development (preferably full stack) experience in a complex distributed environment
  • knowledge of the software development life cycle
  • solid experience with JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets and XML/XSLT
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills with the proven ability to multi-task
  • the ability to provide application support, including responding to support after business hours
  • effectively troubleshoot, debug and solve complex issues
  • knowledge of file handling and manipulation tools and techniques
  • strong analytical and organizational skills
  • the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • self-starter and able to perform job with moderate supervision
  • the ability to work in a team environment and to complete work independently - provided by Dice
