HR Generalist Dayton, OH About the Role We're seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused HR Generalist ! This role is heavily centered around recruitment -you'll be the driving force behind our hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. You'll also play a key role in enhancing our employee experience through engagement programs and supporting employee relations and performance management efforts. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Hiring: Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create strategic hiring plans Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and workplace culture Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure continuous improvement Employee Relations & Performance: Assist in managing employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality Support performance management efforts, including documentation and coaching processes What You Bring 1-3 years of experience in recruiting and/or human resources Solid understanding of general HR principles and practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset LI-RI1 INMAY2025 ZRCFS
