Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a Commissary Director who will be responsible
for leading the overall operations of the commissary, ensuring that
it operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining the
highest standards of quality and food safety. The ideal candidate
will bring innovation and a passion for excellence to our team,
driving Aramark's commitment to providing top-notch services. The
Commissary Director will oversee the planning, production, and
distribution of food products across multiple service points,
contributing to Aramark’s mission of enriching and nourishing
lives. Manage day-to-day operations of the commissary including
procurement, food production, inventory management, and
distribution. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry
quality standards and regulations. Develop and implement
operational policies and procedures to increase efficiency and
maintain food safety. Collaborate with culinary teams to introduce
new product lines and improve the existing menu. Oversee the
budget, including cost control measures, and ensure financial
objectives are met. Lead, train, and develop a diverse team to
foster a high-performance work environment. Strong leadership and
management skills Expertise in food safety and compliance
regulations Financial acumen to manage budgets and control costs
Ability to work collaboratively and inspire a team Strategic
