Seeking a Physical Therapist - PT - for to join an experienced SNF rehab team in Fairfield OH! PTs with or without experience in Skilled Nursing are welcome to apply today for this 13 week contract assignment. Opening is to cover FMLA leave. PT will be responsible for patient screening, evals, treatments and supervision of PTA treatments. 85% productivity standard applies. PT reports directly to facility director of rehab. Fairfield is located just a few minutes north of Cincinnati Ohio in the Southwestern part of the state. Commutable from Cincinnati or Dayton, city lovers have the opportunity to live in a great city and take advantage of a reverse commute.
