working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Lexington,
Kentucky, 40536! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

License: Compact or state license required at time of submission
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Telemetry experience
- Experience with trauma surgical patients and abdominal transplant
population - Familiarity with drips such as insulin and heparin -
Wound care and fracture care experience - Post-surgical skills,
traction, and patient mobility experience Description: Experience
with trauma surgical patient populations, especially in a Level 1
trauma center or high-volume facility. Preferred experience
includes wound care, fracture care, and post-surgical skills.
Telemetry experience is required. Candidates should be familiar
with drips such as heparin and insulin. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
certifications are required. Candidates may be required to float
within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. Preferred
experience includes tracheostomy care and surgical drain
management. Knowledge of managing dysrhythmias and IV
insulin/heparin protocols is essential. Experience with solid organ
transplants such as liver or kidney is necessary. The patient
population includes adults with trauma or acute surgical
conditions. Daily census is approximately 20 patients with a
nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1. Compliance with special exams and
onboarding assessments is mandatory. Knowledge of the job details
and policies is crucial for candidates. Refer to job requirements
