MRI Tech Location: Lexington, KY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,502 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years in Level 1 Trauma Center/teaching facility preferred License: State license not required Certifications: BLS, ARRT (MR) required Must-Have: MRI safety knowledge, including the ability to research implants and adhere to scanning guidelines. Experience with anesthesia and pediatric patients. Experience with Siemens MRI equipment required. Epic and PACS experience preferred. Description: The position requires knowledge of MRI safety protocols. Candidates should be able to research implants and adhere to scanning guidelines. Experience with anesthesia and pediatric patients is necessary. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility is preferred. Experience with Siemens MRI is required. Familiarity with Epic and PACS systems is preferred. Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted. The COVID-19 vaccine is required, with medical/religious exemptions only. The flu vaccine is also required, with medical/religious exemptions only.
