Details - Position is in a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) at a large children's hospital - Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30 - Floating is required and may include NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and med/surg units as needed - 13-week contract Requirements - Active OH or compact RN license required - Approximately 2 years of CVPICU or related pediatric critical care experience preferred - 2 supervisory references required; at least 1 must be from a supervisor or manager (charge nurse references not accepted) - Must be willing and able to float to various units as directed by facility Additional Information - Local candidates are not accepted for RN positions regardless of proximity to the facility - Candidates who have worked permanently for this health system must have a gap of at least 2 years before being eligible - Attendance and punctuality are strictly enforced; no call/no shows are taken very seriously and may result in termination American Traveler Job ID P-678840.
