Andy Frain Services, a leader in providing tailored security solutions in the aviation and events sectors, is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead our team. This position demands a proactive leader who ensures the safety and security of our clients through effective team management and strategic oversight. Your role will involve directly supervising security personnel, developing and enforcing comprehensive security policies, and delivering exceptional service to meet client-specific needs. Oversee daily security operations and coordinate the activities of security personnel. Ensure compliance with all security protocols and company policies. Develop and enforce security procedures, alongside handling emergency response strategies. Train and mentor security staff on the latest security practices and technologies. Conduct regular security audits and generate reports for management review. Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency responders. Proactively handle any issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in risk management and security equipment. Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions under pressure. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification preferred. First Aid and CPR certifications required.
