Cath Lab Tech Location: Lexington, KY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,186 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required License: Rad Tech License in Kentucky through ARRT required before start; pending license acceptable at submission Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required; PALS not needed at time of submission but must obtain before start date Must-Have: Level 1 experience preferred EKG onboarding exam required Philips Single, Bi-Plane Angiography preferred Epic EHR and McKesson required Call requirements: 1 Late call per week (5:30 PM - 7:30 PM), 1 Call shift per week (5:30 PM - 7:00 AM), 1-2 Call weekends per 6-week schedule Description: Must have a Rad Tech License in Kentucky through ARRT before starting. Pending license is acceptable at submission. Level 1 experience is preferred. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications are required. PALS does not need to be obtained at the time of submission but must be acquired before the start date. An EKG onboarding exam is required. Shifts will consist of four 10-hour shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Call requirements include 1 late call per week from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, 1 call shift per week from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM, and 1-2 call weekends per 6-week schedule. The weekend call period extends from Friday at 5:30 PM to Monday at 7:00 AM. Experience with specific equipment such as Philips Single and Bi-Plane Angiography is preferred. Experience using Epic EHR and McKesson is also required. Local travelers within 75 miles will not be accepted. This position includes interventional, structural procedures for various patient age groups and requires competency in numerous skills. Additional skills preferred include trauma, IV start, phlebotomy, and obtaining vitals. A Kentucky State Radiation License is required before beginning the assignment.
