THE OPPORTUNITY: Internal Medicine Physician Medical Director
THE LOCATION: Sidney, Ohio Permanent- Full time Ready for a change?
We have an excellent, full time opportunity available for a board
certified/board eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our
team in Sidney, Ohio. The group consists of 4 physicians and theres
an opening for a Medical Director to join the team. This is a
hospital-employed position and an excellent salary, full benefits,
signing bonus, and relocation assistance is available. Medical
Director experience is not required. All physicians must have a
desire to work in an Extended Care Facility. Initially, this
position will be approximately 25% ECF but could build to 50% ECF
and 50% outpatient, office based practice. THE DETAILS Excellent

available THE COMMUNITY Located in west central Ohio, this
community is a 35 minute drive to Dayton, a 60 minute drive to
Columbus, a 2.5 hour drive to Indianapolis, 3 hours to Louisville,
Kentucky and 4 hours to Chicago. For recreation, this
family-oriented community offers three golf courses; a state park
with a lake and a YMCA with indoor swimming, gymnasium, racquetball
courts and other amenities. $ 5,000 referral fee if you recommend a
