Delivering outstanding nursing care tailored to each resident’s
unique needs. Conducting daily rounds and assessments to develop
and update care plans. Administering medications, treatments, and
IV fluids while ensuring accurate documentation. Communicating with
residents and families, offering guidance and emotional support.
Supervising and mentoring State Registered Nursing Assistants
(SRNAs) to foster teamwork and quality care. What You Bring to the

ensure residents receive top-quality, individualized care.
Qualifications: Active KY Licensed Practical Nurse License 2-3
years of nursing experience in Skilled Nursing, Dementia Care,
Short-Term Rehab, or Orthopedics preferred Familiarity with
resident care plans and nursing protocols Ability to work both
