This role serves as the primary liaison between the clinical team and patients, ensuring clear communication of treatment plans, financial options, and scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently Coordinate treatment scheduling with clinical providers Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients Prepare financial arrangements and payment options Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow up on unscheduled or pending treatment Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Qualifications: Dental front office experience preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Familiarity with dental insurance and billing processes Strong communication and organizational skills Professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset What We Offer: Competitive pay Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and training Skills: General Practice Open Dental Benefits: Dental Bonuses Compensation: $15-$22/hour
