Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with an
active, unencumbered license in the State of Ohio as a Registered
Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required. Minimum of
one-year experience in medical nursing. AOD and or Psychiatric
