Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical Intensive Care Unit Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,179 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified MICU RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! ```htmlJob Opportunity – Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) RN – Ohio Start Date: March 23, 2026 Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts; assignment reviewed every 4-week scheduling period based on unit needs Highlights: 24-bed MICU with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response, pharmacy, and more 2:1 patient ratio across all shifts providing quality, focused care to hemodynamically compromised patients Advanced critical care procedures including mechanical ventilation, CRRT, pulmonary artery catheters, chemotherapy administration, and clinical trial participation Epic charting system required; 72 hours of orientation provided Complex case mix including oncologic emergencies, ARDS, COPD, sepsis, GI bleeds, and autoimmune disorders Up to two pre-approved time-off periods available per contract Requirements: Minimum 2 years of recent ICU/critical care experience (must include at least 1 year current specialty experience within the last 3 years) Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers not accepted Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of submission) Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale Epic charting experience required Proficiency with ventilator management, IV starts, arterial line management, vasoactive drips, CRRT, and blood product administration Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program 2 professional references (1 must be manager/director; charge RN acceptable for 2nd reference) Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing Why It's a Great Opportunity: This MICU position offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team caring for critically ill patients with complex, multi-system conditions.
