Reliant Staffing Partners is seeking a travel nurse RN Surgical ICU Stepdown for a travel nursing job in dayton, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Surgical ICU Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Travel Their application MUST show some 1:5 ratio experience in the Work History section for SD or PCU, otherwise, the managers will not review it. Be sure this is added to the application prior to submitting in order to avoid delay. Also note, ICU exp does not count towards SD/PCU exp at this facility, therefore, you MUST have SD/PCU experience to be considered. Unit is trialing team nursing where two nurses and a PCT partner together to care for a group of patients. The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients ultimately, improving both the workload and patient care.
