find a qualified Bone Marrow Transplant RN in Columbus, Ohio,
43210! Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Bone Marrow
Transplant & Hematology Oncology – Ohio Start Date: March 9, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 13-16 week contract; self-scheduling
with variable weekend coverage based on unit needs; float to other
MedSurg Oncology units as needed Highlights: Specialized 36-bed
Bone Marrow Transplant and Hematology Oncology unit with mixed
acuity PCU and Medical-Surgical patients Work with complex patient
populations including autologous, allogeneic, and syngeneic
transplant patients, plus CAR-T therapy recipients Epic charting
system with 72 hours of comprehensive orientation Daily census of
approximately 33 patients; extensive interdisciplinary support
including pharmacy, rapid response teams, physical therapy, and
respiratory services Care for patients with acute leukemias,
lymphomas, multiple myeloma, aplastic anemia, and other hematologic
malignancies One pre-approved time off period available during
contract Requirements: Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state
license required at time of submission) Minimum 2 years of recent
RN experience with at least 1 year of Medical-Surgical and oncology
experience Previous travel experience required Hematology oncology
experience strongly preferred BLS certification required; ACLS and
ONS Chemotherapy Certification preferred Experience with BMT,
leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, blood product administration,
central line management, port care, and telemetry interpretation
Proficiency with Epic EMR system required Nursing education from an
ACEN or CCNE accredited program Two professional references
required, including at least one from a manager, director, or
formal supervisor Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only);
COVID-19 vaccine not required Must complete Ohio fingerprinting
