Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,179 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit – Ohio Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), every other/third weekend coverage required. 4-5 patient ratio. Floating within the hospital system required as needed. Highlights: 22-bed Progressive Care Unit specializing in burn care, plastic/reconstructive surgery, urology, GYN, ENT, and oral/maxillofacial procedures Diverse patient population including adults and geriatrics with average daily census of 20 patients Specialized procedures include burn dressings, flap checks, and leech therapy EPIC documentation system with full interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, PT, social work, and rapid response teams 24 hours of orientation provided; teaching hospital environment offering excellent professional development Locals accepted; former employees eligible after 6 months away from facility Requirements: Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission) Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience with similar patient population Previous charge RN experience preferred Teaching hospital experience preferred Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required 2 professional references required (at least 1 must be from manager/director or formal leadership; charge RN acceptable for second reference; no coworker references accepted) Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a specialized Progressive Care Unit with a unique patient mix including burn care and complex reconstructive surgery cases.
