Registered Nurse (RN) | Neuro ICU Location: Lexington, KY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,160 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 3/10/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Neuro ICU RN in Lexington, Kentucky, 40536! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neuro ICU Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years in Neuro ICU experience preferred at a level one trauma facility. License: KY or compact license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required. Must-Have: Experience with ICP and lumbar drains required. Prefer experience with charting in EPIC. Travel experience preferred but not required. Description: Registered Nurses will provide care in the Neuro ICU. Candidates must have experience managing patients with neurological conditions. The focus will be on stroke management, ICP monitoring, and post-neurosurgery care. Candidates will be required to float to other units as needed. Availability to work weekends and holidays is mandatory. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is required. Experience with EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia management is preferred. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. Candidates will be expected to adhere to compliance requirements.
