Job Description Talent4Health is seeking a travel Pediatric Physical Therapist for a travel job in Chillicothe, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pediatric Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Provides direct outpatient physical therapy care to pediatric and neurological populations. Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and achievement of positive patient outcomes while maintaining high professional and ethical standards. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and supports the supervision and development of physical therapy assistants. Responsibilities: • Evaluate and treat pediatric and neurological patients in an outpatient setting. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. • Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on customer service, clinical excellence, and outcomes. • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards. • Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) involved in patient care. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including co-treatment when indicated. • Demonstrate effective time management, teamwork, and communication skills. • Maintain high moral and professional standards and engage in continuous professional development. • Contribute to efficient clinic operations and overall health system goals. Schedule: • 4 x 10-hour shifts preferred: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM • 5 x 8-hour shifts optional: approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Schedule flexibility available based on caregiver or traveler preferences • 3 x 12-hour shifts not supported due to outpatient operational limitations Requirements: Experience: • Pediatric physical therapy experience required • Experience with neurological patient populations preferred Licenses and Certifications: • Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific) Education: • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Job ID: T4H - 914 About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
