Louisville, Kentucky, 40211! Summary: Ref : SM-U-1917 Specialty: RN
- Telemetry Job Type: Contract/ Per Diem Location: Louisville , KY
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12 hours) Rate: $47.2 -
72.3/hr Requirements: Must hold active RN license in practicing
state. 1-2 years Telemetry or Step-Down experience preferred.
Proficient in EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia ID. Current BLS
and ACLS certifications (AHA required). Strong critical thinking
and multitasking skills. Experience with EMR and telemetry
equipment. Responsibilities: Patient Monitoring: Monitor cardiac
rhythms and identify arrhythmias. Perform ongoing patient
assessments and vital checks. Interventions: Administer
medications, IV drips, and treatments. Document all assessments and
interventions in EMR. Communication & Safety: Promptly communicate
all patient changes to providers. Collaborate with the
interdisciplinary care team. Educate patients and families on care
