Job Description - Hospital ASC – Must be willing to cover both
facilities, 1 per day - 16 ORs @ Hospital - 4ORs 3 Endo suites @
ASC - Schedule: Open but must work 40 hrs per week - Call:
Preferred - Cases: Tons of ortho, designated stroke center, complex
neuro cases - No OB, CV - Procedures: None - Care Model: 1:4
Medical Supervision - Credentialing: 60-90 days w/ clean file -
Malpractice provided - All Inclusive Rate
